About Our Church

Freedom Worship Center is an international Christian Church serving God’s mission to reach our world with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the salvation of souls, the equipping of God’s people for the work of the ministry.

We seek to create a community of believers in an atmosphere of love that embraces each person and creates for them an environment to grow, discover their purpose and serve the Lord effectively in the area of their calling.

We are a bible-believing Church that recognizes the work of the Holy Spirit and embraces the full manifestations of His person, His presence, His power and His giftings in the church as He reveals Jesus and glorifies the Father.

As a local Church, we serve the Würzburg area and its environs; and provide a home and place of worship for international visitors. And through our missionary travels and partnership with other ministries, we are reaching and impacting our world with the Gospel and love our Lord Jesus.

Our arms are open to welcome you with the love of God and to connect and have fellowship with you in person.  If ever you are in the area, join us for our meetings and become a part of our Church family.

What we believe

We believe the whole Bible to be completely and equally inspired and that it is the written Word of God. Freedom Worship Center has adopted the following Declaration of Faith as its standard and official expression of its doctrine.

We Believe:

  • In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.

  • In one God eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

  • That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor.

  • That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins.

  • That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.

  • In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Ghost.

  • Holiness to be God's standard of living for His people.

  • In the baptism with the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart.

  • In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and that it is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

  • In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

  • Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.

  • In the Lord's Supper and washing of the saints' feet.

  • In the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.

  • In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.

Vision and Mission

Vision and Mission Stragety

The vision and mission strategy of FREEDOM WORSHIP CENTER e.V. is encompassed in but not limited to the following:

To preach good news to the poor, to proclaim freedom for those that prisoners to sin, to heal the sick, to bring deliverance for those that are oppressed, and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor (Isa. 61:1, Luke 4:18-19).

As a church composed of a body of believers, to be a soul-saving station and outreach center to the world (Mark 16:15-l6; Hebrews 10:39; Romans 10:13; I Corinthians 10:33; I Timothy 4:12).

As individual believers, to be faithful to the soul winning vision (Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:18-20).

To have a body ministry fellowship, allowing and encouraging believers to flow with the anointing of the Holy Spirit in order to grow and develop the call of God on their lives (I Corinthians 12; 14:1-5; Mark 16:18; James 5:14; I John 4:1; Romans 12:4-8).

To feed and clothe the truly poor by having a soup kitchen, food pantry, clothes closet (Leviticus 25:35; Matthew 25:34-40; Galatians 6:10; Psalms 142:7; l46:7; Luke 4:18; I Peter 3:19), and whatever other means the Lord may tell the center director/pastor  to fulfill this vision (Habakkuk 2:2; Isaiah 30:8) including providing a home for the homeless and runaways (Proverbs 19:17; Luke 3:11; II Corinthians 8:14-15).

To raise up workers with a similar vision to reach the lost and poor (I Chronicles 9:22-23; Titus 1:5; Acts 14:23).  To send them out with the guidance and help of this church to start other churches both here and abroad (Acts 15:41; 16:5).

To implement a Bible training program with the future goal of developing a full time, live-in Bible school, designed to operate under the full anointing of the Holy Spirit in order to train men and women to function in the five-fold ministry of Ephesians 4 and I Corinthians 12.  Our conviction is that in exalting the Scriptures, we are exalting Jesus Christ who is the Living Word.  The Bible training program and Bible school will also provide teaching and development to those who would be led of the Holy Spirit to build Holy Spirit anointed churches with a vision to save those who are lost and without Christ (Psalms 40:9-10; John 14:26; 1 Peter 4:6).

To purposefully strive toward people of all races regardless of skin color or nationality for sake of unity in the Body of Christ (Phil.1: 27; 2:2-3, Eph.4:3).

To provide a place of rest for missionaries and their families (Matthew 10:40-42, Mark 9:41, 1 Kings 17).
